Nothing the first taste of the mushrooms broth after its 20 minutes simmer. Rich intense flavor of mushrooms of the reduced thickened broth gives it the umami and the msg after effect. Decent mi xian (rice noodles) about a dollar USD. Decent cross bridge noodles (guo qiao mi xian). I'd go back because it's decent...

Elles sont servies en menu au 1er étage uniquement, commande au rez-de-chaussée. Le bouillon légèrement poivré est excellent, on verse dedans toute une série d'ingrédients en plus des pâtes. Les ingredients cuisent dans le bouillon, il n'y a plus qu'à déguster.
