For a Japanese ramen franchise, you definitely want to eat there for the first couple weeks once they open. As they will try so hard to replicate the authentic taste from Japan, it's somewhat satisfying to have a nice bowl of Japanese ramen before locals starts to complaint it's oily salty whatsoever. Then it goes to the dogs.
Let's hope they can keep the standard for as long as possible, before it becomes a place for localized ramen where people who gave "good suggestions" thinks it's expansive while real ramen lovers find it is not authentic taste no more.

Takeroku Ramen. Heard of it and curious to try 🤔 Noodles was nice and chewy. Medium rare roast beef claimed slow cooked. Overly salty soup based overall impression. Despite the dishes named got all the buzz word salt in it already to be fair 😅 Dumplings fried cripsy with thin skinned, still towards the saltier radar and those who enjoys heavier palate style. 🏷 Pricier than average. ✅ Good services. Neat waterfront neighborhood for an easy stroll.
