The room was pretty okay as they had a nice view of a lake and everything was clean and met the bare minimum standards of how a hotel should be. The issue lays in the receptionist as when we were trying to check in, my father and I went to find a mosque to offer our Friday prayers while my sister and mum tried to check in. The receptionist lady said that my dad had to be there to sign the agreement since the hotel booking was made under his name so my mum asked her kindly whether it would be possible to wait for a while because he’s outside. The lady scoffed at her and said ‘ diu lei la mou’ which is a super offensive curse word in Cantonese (we’re not ethnically Chinese but since we’ve lived in Hong Kong our entire lives, we of course knew what it meant). My mum then started arguing with her and screaming at her because the receptionist swore at us. It took a while for things to settle down as me and my dad returned. Apart from that, the walls are also super thin at the hotel because at night, I woke up to the sound of a couple next door being intimate which really made me comfortable since I was with my family and somehow we all pretended to not acknowledge it and I just prayed the sounds would stop because it was actually really clear. Additionally, at the time I was there (March 2023), there was construction going on in the ground floor which was super loud

BAD SERVICE! we are staying or the night, and they don't even care to put our stuff here at the lobby because it's full, there's no facility, the HOTEL STAFF IS NOT VERU USEFUL, avoid this hotel if you don't want to experience the same or you will bring your luggage everywhere in macau.

Beautiful view from the window. Twin room is very big (comparing to the hotels in Hong Kong), clean. 80-90's design (interior and exterior). Sometimes you can catch the special offers, so room costs same as hostel. Highly recommend.

This is a good hotel and it was comfortable to stay here. It was better than my Hong Kong hotel for the same price. The location is not in the center, but Macao is so small that this was not a problem for me. Bus line 3 gets you comfortable to the center and to/from the Ferry Terminal. The room had a view to the harbour and was large and clean.||||Minor negative points: there is a 500 MOP (Pataca) deposit. The door room key card slot for the power is next to the bed at an inconvenient location (how to find it at night when you enter the room and want to switch the light on?). There is a "Please Clean Room" switch at the bed, easy to confuse with the light switch.||||Positive points: large quiet room, clean, good A/C, Wifi via TLINK modem provided by the hotel, refridgerator, 41 TV channels including Chinese, Portugese and English. The refridgerator was empty, but complimentary water bottles were provided. All necessities are provided including bath shoes, tooth brush, soap. The receptionist spoke English and was...
