This is located right next to the Macau Civil Tennis Club, in front of Sai Van Lake, so you know the view is going to be inspired. About the food, feelings are mixed. The entrée of cantaloupe melon balls with iberico ham was very well presented, though I feel the melon was too little and the ham a bit dry. The ribs eye steak was divine. Great quality, cooked medium to perfection, and if everything was as good as that this would be a 5 star review - 6, if that was possible. Later came the fried rice with egg roe and shrimp, e which was good, and baked fish, which was different than we were expecting. I mean, nothing wrong with these, but I could easily had the same at any budget restaurant around Macau. And cheaper, too. There were only two desserts available, the egg pudding and the chocolate mousse. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. Come early for dinner if you don't want to make reservation and still enjoy...

Tried their vegan menu 🌱

One of my favorite spots in Macau. You get either the view of Macau Tower and the lake or by the tennis court (one of the oldest ones in the peninsula) by the fancy houses/mansions.

The story behind the name of their restaurant was that the owners thought that building was built in the year 1826 but turned out it was actually a completely different year (on 1926) but they somehow just got stuck with the name and wanted to keep it for laughs 😂

Quite a generous amount (had to have the rest to go😅) tried their black tofu and mixed mushroom rice. But was really nice! Included (hot) drink of choice and dessert of the day (had coconut pudding that time) P.s. only available for lunch, they sadly don’t have it...

Our friends from Hong Kong recommended this restaurant and we sure glad we paid them a visit. Would not have guessed they are open to public. We went for lunch and we ordered 2 set lunch as well as a couple dishes from the a la carte menu. The coquette was very smooth and tasty. Grilled sardine was well season. The set lunch was all good and definitely value for money. Services is friendly and attentive. The only downside is the place is quite noisy as it was nearly a full house. Will go back on a weekday evening next time...
