Portuguese style baked pork chop over rice - This is different than the HK style. Mainly the sauce, much more rich and generous with the sauce, the sauce soaked into the fried rice made it more tasty. They cutlet fried the pork chop, still somewhat crispy after they pour the sauce on top and bake it.
Indian style baked pork chop over rice - it became my favorite. If you like Curry, you probably like it too. Besides the curry sauce was delicious and rich in flavor, they also do fried their pork chop (cutlet). They also use curry to fried the rice first Soo it's much more tasty. If you like Curry, you should try it.
Portuguese style mash potatoes soup with special green veggies - very flavorful and not too salty even it uses a very good ham to bring out the flavor of the soup.
