A very lovely bakery/cafe with really delicious sourdough! the place itself is small but very nicely decorated with a touch of rustic flair, do make a reservation before coming to avoid disappointment! I love the sourdough! Nice crunchy crust with soft and chewy center, good thick slices perfect with the spreads. The fish sando is recommended by the waitress and it is very delicious especially with the cucumber pickles which help balance the deep fried eel. The banana bread is a lovely sweet touch to end the meal. The whole dinning experience is simply joyful with great service and attentiveness from all the staffs. No doubt i’ll be back to try other items on the menu and to buy more sourdough home! If you are in Sai Kung i’ll say this is not to be missed!

Really excellent sandwiches. The selection is slightly different than what is available in Central at their Basehall branch. My personal favourite (ham and cheese) is available in both bracnhes, but in Sai Kung you can also sample their crispy and succulent eel katsu, or egg mayo cleverly mixed with a touch of egg roe for a slightly salty kick. We didn't have a reservation when we arrived (just before 12 on a Sunday) but we were still able to go on a waiting list to sit outside, and got a table within 30 minutes. If you want to sit inside on a weekend it seems that reservations are advised.

Probably the best sourdough I’ve ever had in Hong Kong! We enjoyed the warm sourdough paired with a touch of French butter, and we also tried their signature Eel Sando. To our surprise, the staff treated us to their brownies on the house! It was incredibly gooey, with a pinch of sea salt that perfectly balanced the rich chocolate flavour. One area for improvement would be the espresso stains on the cup. Besides, the whole experience would be perfect. I will definitely return for their signature French toast and try out other sourdough flavours!

A bakery offering different sourdough types and a few pastries, with casual and relaxed setting. It was a bit busy with no seats so we decided to order for takeaway. We got apricot sourdough and added butter and jam on the side. It was a bit pricey (70HKD for half sourdough and spread) but it really did not disappoint! The bread was soft on the inside with mild sweetness from the apricot. The butter was soooo good and the spread (some sort of citrus) was fragrant, smooth and had the perfect sweetness. It goes really well with the slightly sweet sourdough. We didn’t heat it and it was already great, toasting it will make it even better. Great place to stop by if you...
