Dough Bros. Pizza & Doughnuts (Sai Kung) — Local services in Hong Kong

Honestly I’m quite disappointed at the pizza. I bought 3 takeaway 10-inch pizzas and ate them within 30 minutes, so they must be completely cooled. The pizza dough is chewy but chewy to the hard side, and there’s no fragrance from wheat or a taste of sourdough flavour. The filling is fairly ok. The cheese is a bit rubbery, maybe because it’s cooled. BBQ chicken is the best among all while the pepperoni pizza is overly salty. There comes a garlic & herb dip for free with the pizza, which is like ranch sauce. I also ordered 3 doughnuts for $98, original, nutella and matcha, coated with cinnamon sugar. Although the doughnuts are fried, they are not greasy. They are fluffy but the filling is not as generous as I have imagined. Nutella is delicious but the matcha is lack of tea flavour. You wouldn't think there'd be much of a wait for 3 donuts, but it took something like 20 minutes.

I found it unappetizing to see the employee handling food with her long fluffy hair in pigtails in front of her. She was also taking her sweet time. She smudged nutella on the outside of the box and it was put in a huge paper bag for some reason.

Then the donuts were lacking in many ways: very little filling, dough texture could be lighter, outer layer was weirdly super bubbly. The filling tasted all right but nothing to write home about.

Next time I want a donut I'll just wait until I can get to Central and go...

Very unimpressed with the service. I very politely asked about an order that I put through FoodPanda for pick up. Granted, I was early. But since I was there anyway and orders are often ready in good time, I thought I would pop in and ask anyway.
