松露什菇湯 $98 Truffle Mushroom Soup 呢款法式嘅濃湯通常煮好後先會將蘑菇粒攪打成泥狀,所以口感細緻得黎仲會保留到少少顆粒感,口感相當唔錯🍜上面仲加左唔少嘅黑松露油,令濃郁菇菌味倍增🍄 The mushrooms in the creamy soup was blended fine, but not completely, so you could still feel the granules which made the texture very special. The truffle oil on top further brought out the aroma of mushrooms.
原隻大魷魚 $168 Grilled Squid Skewers 原條上嘅魷魚爽口彈牙,帶有陣陣嘅炭燒風味🔥 燒烤時已經搽左泰式嘅調味料,所以本身已經有微辣嘅香味🌶️ 但如果想更惹味,你可以點埋隔離嘅混合香料同泰式辣汁,簡直係滋味爆燈😋 The whole squid carried the flavours of chargrill, which was very flavourful along with the thai spices and spicy sauce. The texture of the squid was bouncy but not too firm.
地中海龍蝦扁意粉 $398 Mediterranean Sea Lobster Linguine 地中海龍蝦係一種稀有嘅品種,以佢哋肥美嘅肉質同鮮爽彈嘅口感打出名堂🦞 因為無乜加到調味料,所以食到佢本身嘅鮮甜味😙 隔離嘅扁意粉煮得啱啱好,而意粉汁就用左紅蝦汁、橄欖油同蒜頭🍝 意粉有少少油膩嘅感覺,好彩有番茄粒同蒜片解膩😎 This species of lobster is pretty rare, and they are known for their plump meat. You could really taste how fresh it is. The linguine was al dente, however a little too oily for my liking. The sauce was made up of shrimp soup, which was aromatic and smooth.

Read more將軍澳南實在有不少好餐廳,正當我們三心兩意時,被我看到這間ReDivine 內裡環境竟然這麼chill。單是餐廳環境已經足夠吸引我們入去「打卡」了。吸引的地方正正就是窗邊的「韆鞦椅」,可以一邊玩一邊食,最重要的當然是影相效果非常漂亮。
除了室內之外,餐廳亦設有室外坐位,很多養狗之人亦會帶同狗仔過嚟一齊嘆。現在秋天氣息,坐室外亦相當舒適。
餐廳的菜色主打泰國風味crossover 西式,即使是一般西餐食品都會添加了泰式味道和風情。說到這樣,我倒想見識一下餐廳會如何炮製。
➣ 1. 燒Prime 美國西冷 · 扒什菇 · 蒜鹽醬 燒西冷扒可以怎樣將泰式和西式的煮法混合呢?上菜時,我一個反應是想著餐廳有沒有落錯單呢,為何會上了一個黑色的大煲。一打開煲蓋,看到內裡的牛扒噴出煙來,散發著陣陣香味,旁邊還有一些炒什菇,非常有特色。重點是要將西冷扒沾上其蒜鹽醬,蒜鹽醬的味道會令到牛扒的香氣更強烈,亦能食到泰式的特別味道。燒西冷配上蒜鹽醬絕不突兀,反而會更加香口。
➣ 2. ReDivine廚師發辦·甜品盤 其實,係進入餐廳之前,我已經見到每枱都幾乎有order 這個甜品。這份廚師發辦的甜品盤外觀絕對滿分,充分利用了fusion 菜的特色,用一個大竹籃將甜品盛載,很有泰式地道風情。至於廚師發辦的甜品盤,今天則偏向朱古力為主,中間擔當主角的是朱古力蛋糕、旁邊還有一個朱古力海綿蛋糕配香濃朱古力雪糕,這兩個都充滿濃濃的朱古力香味;之後芒果蛋糕和馬卡龍都很好食,而且為這個竹籃甜品盤增添不少色彩。不過,我覺得重中之中都是過個椰汁西米蛋糕,甜得來非常清新,我覺得還比朱古力雪糕更好味。這份甜品盤絕對是必點之選,好食又好chill!
➣ 3. 熱咖啡 不要以為餐廳只著重泰式飲品,這裡的熱咖啡沖得非常出色,加上餐廳用的咖啡杯,令到飲用時的氛圍提升。好的餐具絕對加分。
