Deep Fried Barramudi with Chili Lime Sauce (HK$188) The deboned barramundi was deep fried to perfection, every inch of the fish was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The sweet, sour and spicy chilli lime sauce definitely elevated the flavour to another level.

前一晚同行友人突然想下班後，到西貢走一轉，想也不用想直接到 "泰道"。沿路的風景很美，能夠準時六點下班，在車上細細的欣嘗沿路風景，把平日工作的辛勞都放下。這天的我為了這場"泰"地道的"泰"快活的晚餐，悉心打扮了一下...竟被店員當成"水mak mak"的"泰妹"

一不留神，就會很容易錯過了這個路口， 如果有開車的朋友，就到前5-10分鐘記得要留意google map慢慢開車唷。

"泰道"這兩個字，不止是泰國美食的代表，亦是一種對飲食的態度。一般大家出外食飯，只為了飽肚。但在這裡餐廳對食客的態度，提供的不只是飽肚的食物，還有貼心的服務和舒適的環境... 而我們作為食客，更需要全心全意的好好享受，這就是對他們最好的態度。

餐廳對面，有一連串的地方可供泊車，所以有開車的朋友，真的強烈推介你們到這裡release your soul... 下車後，被以下的風景看呆了...平時時上班，不會留意原本天空可以這麼美。在這裡，天空跟你的距離好像只隔了一個海，這麼近那麼遠。 遠離市區的繁亂，看到餐廳附近一個個五顏六色的...令我回想起到最谷旅行時，被鮮艷的7彩顏色的食物吸引住...熱情...美味...愉快 準備好跟我來一趙洗滌心靈之旅嗎? 不用上機，只需打開你的眼睛 和 心靈好好地感受 行過一條短短的走廊，終於來到一直期待已久的餐廳

這晚我們有幸地被店員安排到戶外的位置，不要誤會 (天氣這麼熱...怎會有胃口...) 戶外的位置會有一個個的帳篷，而且長長的走廊會擺上一部部風力強勁的風扇，適當的距離不會吹到頭暈，陣陣涼風亦不怕把食物吹凍

天公造美，能夠看到日落，180度的美景..美到不能一次過記在腦內，看多幾次，更捨不得離開

而且他們有個special是 "Beach dinner set" 。意思是，在這個潔淨的沙灘上，店員會為食客，親自一手一腳怖置這個小小的二人世界帳篷，面向著海... 看到店員落力和細心地怖置，每一條木，每一塊布用心地調較，這個"Beach dinner set" 真的很特別。當然這個special offer 最好早一天打電話book 台，而且全程都有會一個專人照顧，但亦會保持適當的距離。一個私密得來又不會被忽略的空間，相信令這晚餐更難忘。

一出餐廳是一個大沙灘，不會有怪怪的海水味，只有陣陣的泰國香氣。如果行克沙灘看日落再到餐廳進食，也添多一份浪漫... 如果是一大班朋友，亦可到沙灘玩水(記得要小心安全，灘上沒有救生員的)再到餐廳大飲大食

I'd give this place zero stars if the ratings allowed. It's only redeeming feature is its location above the sand of shaha. However, enough to turn anyone off, is incredibly - even stunningly - poor customer service. The food is bland, served late, from waiters who obviously don't care about their jobs, and lacks adornment, garnish, or even traditional spice.

Their overpriced dishes are complemented by tiny portions, surly management, uncomfortable chairs, and the worst service I have ever experienced in 18 years of living in Hong Kong. Go there at your own risk, and...
