First time trying this recipe in cafe de coral! It was a lot of smoke at the beginning when I removed the lid. I had to apologize to the couple next to me because they were in a cloud of smoke because of my food. They react nice, like it was nothing. I felt relieved xd and I started to enjoy this healthy version with pumpkin and pork ribs. So crunchy the toasted rice. Very good combination with pumpkin, even it had the skin on, it was easy to eat. I miss maybe adding one more ingredient. Just the meat, pumpkin and soy sauce is perfect but maybe one more veggie would make it awesome. Nevermind, quite happy to come here sometimes!
