The Chek Mun Playground (石門遊樂場) is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The court has drinking fountains and toilets available. Inside there is a basketball court, a playground for children, an area for exercises and Taichi, an area with benches for resting and relaxation. The playground is open from 7:00 am – 11:00 pm. It is located on Tai Chung Xiu Road (大涌橋路) in Sha Tin (沙田) , just next to the Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin Hotel (沙田萬怡酒店). Only 10 minutes walk from Skek Mun (石門站) MTR Station. Bus stops for 38B, 82X,284, 40X, 43S, 43X, 81C, 682, B8, 982C, 67K, 803, 806A, 806B, 67X, 810, 810A, 811B all close by.
