This place has excellent food and service! The meats are all fresh. Definitely recommend the squid, and shrimp balls. They have a self-serve seasoning bar, as well as unlimited side dishes. You can split the hot pot into two types of broth (we had one sweet, one spicy).

The service is amazing here. The staff is incredibly nice despite being so busy all night. Our order barely took any time to arrive, but they still offered us a free drink. Orders are done on a tablet with pictures. Don't be shy to ask for an English menu or for English speaking waiter.

Excellent place, very welcoming as soon as you exit the lift. The lift entrance to the restaurant is at the back of the mall, best to go around from the outside. You can go through the mall, but the doors to the lift from inside looks like a dodgy cargo area, have to 2nd guess. Food is excellent and service is head and shoulders above. I was amazed by the quality of service and attention to detail we have received here. This location is somewhat hidden (entrance on the side of the building, 6th floor on the elevator) but oh boy does it deliver!! Best hot pot I have eaten ever was at this restaurant.
