Really bad experience in this restaurant!

1.We ordered our food, half an hour later they come to us telling us that one of the orders is not available and that we cannot order more because the kitchen is closed and nobody informed us, we complain about that they say again the cannot do anything then after few times complaining they say we cannot order have hummus because is ready, of course we refuse it since it was not what we wanted

2.they come with only one order out of two my husband is eating I am watching him and they bring it Half it was lamb with rice the lamb came became cold and at the end rice came 15 minutes later, lamb at that moment was cold

3.everybody has salt and pepper in their tables we reach nobody put anything until we ask for it also the flowers but let’s not even talk about that.

4.Last but not least they blame all the time on the kitchen making in us deal with their mistake when our main concern is the way we were treated really bad service

5.We asked for the dessert menu it never came but to tell us that they are gonna close or there is not anymore of something first ones coming.

I hope the manager or the owner sees the message and try to improve his worker skills since we left really disappointed although the food was clearly amazing.

We come here because a really nice dining experience, we can understand that maybe they have an hour and a half to close ahead but doesn’t mean they can treat us this...

We visited this place twice over three days, hoping the second experience would be better, but it wasn’t. The food is average and lacks flavor. The service is poor—if you order five items, you’ll likely get three soon enough, and the other two will take an hour to arrive. You have to repeatedly ask for water, and soda either comes too early or so late that you don’t even want it anymore.
