主席楼 — Restaurant in Shenzhen

A one diamond black pearl restaurant but overall is very disappointed.

Especially the $168 per head signature fried rice, it lack “fire” (鑊氣） since it was prepared table side and I cannot taste any of the supposed umami flavor like Uni, porcini sauce, lobster soup, dried scallop. After the whole shenanigans, you got a small bowl of fried rice for $168, most home chef could do better with a wok, egg and soy sauce.

The highlight is the hand caught squid and chicken with puff pastry, they are what one would expect from a 5 star hotel, nothing...
