粵匠私廚 Ut Cheong Private Kitchen — Restaurant in Taipa

To be fair, I need to give some credit to their food quality. Overall dishes are well made. However service is a bit disappointing. I am surprised I need to set up my table by myself. Just spread the cup and chopsticks and off the table. I was impressed.

Good food takes time, I know. But to have all my three dishes after an hour. That's somehow unacceptable. And giving us fruit before any dishes... It's a joke.

The environment is also not very good, super noisy and quite packed most of the time. If you are fine with bad service and environment. You can come here for sure. But if you expect more than that, probably not the place...

UT Cheong Private Kitchen is our favourite restaurant for dim sum lunches.

As we live just upstairs at Nova Grand, UT Cheong Private Kitchen is literally our canteen. We usually go there on weekends for our dim sum lunch.

Staff there are all very friendly and hospitable.

We highly recommend you to have dim sum...
