While the hotel's location is a definite plus, my recent stay was disappointing due to several issues. The online pictures of the king room were misleading, as we were assigned a very small corner room. We had to argue with the front desk to be compensated for the discrepancy, which resulted in a complimentary upgrade for our second night.A major concern was the lack of drinking water. The hotel only provided two small 250ml water bottles daily with no option for refilling. This is not only inconvenient but also a poor practice. While I understand the push for sustainability, cutting costs by not providing essential amenities like drinking water is unacceptable, especially when there are no refill stations available. This ultimately is just leading to hotels being able to sell water to guests. The lobby area would greatly benefit from having water available for guests, particularly during check-in.A Note on Macau for TravelersAfter this experience, I would caution experiential and exploration tourists about visiting Macau. In general, the city seems to have a trend of offering overpriced hotels with small rooms and expensive food.
