Tsutori — Restaurant in Taipa

My wife and I were curious to try this place. The environment and setup are truly amazing with really nice decor. However, we found that the service could be improved. It seemed like they were short-staffed given the size of the restaurant. As for the food, it was pretty disappointing. We were expecting the sashimi to be of higher quality given the price range, but it was just okay. Overall, the meal was not memorable, and none of the dishes really stood out. The​ food​ is​ what​ you​ would​ expect from​ a​ normal​ Japanese​ restaurant. I​ like​d​ the​ lobster sashimi.​ The​ wasabi and​ soy sauce​ lacked some​ flavour. The​ service​ is​ ok​ but​ not​ very​ good. There​ are​ decorations and​ they​ are​ very​ pretty, good​ for​ filming​ or​ taking​ pictures. Very bad service, it always takes 10 - 15 mins for response when u ask any service from them.and they sometime even forget it then need to remind them again but their staff still forget it again…moreover food is acceptable but it is not a valuable compare with the price.
