McDonald's (D Park) — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

Horrible!

Being a vegetarian I thankfully avoid McDonald’s. But, on this winter afternoon, I had a craving for French Fries so I went into McDonald’s with my wife.

We were served COLD, white and limp looking French Fries...My wife asked them for a hot replacement and they brought it fresh out of fryer and served us. IT WAS STILL NOT WARM, FORGET HOT.

I wonder how McDonald’s can get away with selling rubbish, food not worth eating. I would not consider those cold limp French Fries as food.

It’s not the first time I had a bad experience with McDonald’s on food temperature! It appears to be their policy for years to cook food at lower temperature so that more customers can be fed rubbish and more dollars can come into...

It is just like other McDonald's. Which one doesn't after all. Buy the food here, if I may day, is better than the others a little bit. At least the food they serve is hot and taste like food(even for takeaways), not something just come from the refrigerator and cooked by chef Mike(microwave). However, the restaurant is always overcrowded and it is so noisy. Also, the staff are quite rude to the customers and gave confusing instructions. It's not often that I have a McDonald's...... But wow! This is the most disorganised, chaotic and untrained staffed Mcdonald's that I have ever seen in Hong Kong. The weren't rude and it's evident that they are working hard but bad bad management who were just watching the bedlam and having a relaxing meal. Ps. The one star is for the hard working staff.
