Aug 22: a history restaurant in Tuen Mun. There is a chef making handmade noodles. Food is good, service is good, order food by using the QR code, place is clean. Tea is mediocre (I was expecting a good tea.) kids menu is available, but the buns are mediocre. Food is good, but compared with Din Tai Fung, it must Din Tai Fung better. No matter dumplings or fried rice or noodles or soup with similar price level.

It mainly provides Shanghai food and Hong Kong sweet soup. There are some choices for vegetarians. I like the congee with pumpkin and silver fungus which is sweet and soft and thick. The steamed vermicelli rolls without stuffing are also good. However, the sweet soup is not good enough and at a quite high price.

Typical clean Shanghainese food. The restaurant was comfortable to sit in. There was only two dishes that we thought was mediocre. We have eaten at other CJ restaurants and this meet the standards like the others. Service was pretty good for local servers.

The low ranking is nothing about their food but is their service and environment. The staff simply can't handle huge amount of ppl. The experience feel like a hawker centre that you have to fight for the seats and argue with the waiters/waitresses....
