Kwan Kee — Restaurant in Tuen Mun District

We were visiting Hong Kong and went to an English service mass at the Catholic Primary School next door. The smell of the yummy food brought us here - actually two Sundays in a row. 😋

The first time we ordered a 牛脷酥 (Sweet Chinese Donut) and were blown away. I told my mum about that, and apparently this place is very famous!

The second time we dined in and ordered 牛脷酥炸兩 (Sweet Chinese Donut in Rice Roll), 香蔥煎餅(Pan-fried Pancake with Scallions) and 炸蘿蔔糕 （Fried Radish Cake）. Once again, they blew our minds.

Not to mention the price is very very reasonable!

The place was busy, so be ready to share tables with another group of strangers (or two).

This is a traditional Hong Kong style congee restaurant.
