HK airport location! The customer service is very nice. The have changed 2 times of the item for me At first, they change the oat milk Inst of regular milk for me, which I forgot to mentioned that I can not take too much lactose. Secondly, the ice temperature was not at the right temp that make it form solid as it should be. Therefore, the drink can’t perform as it should be as appearance. So they re-created and other cup for me. I am very appreciated their customer service, (2 males and 1 female working on Tuesday 22nd, morning shift approx 10:30. At Hong Kong airport location). Thank you, and keep this performance for rest of your life 💪

OK place for matcha tea but too watery for me and I left with a mildly dissatisfied feeling of money wasted. No comfortable seating - all hard wood or hard plastic stools without backs. If you can’t find a better place, then it’s something, I guess.

Spacious environment with electricity supply Avocado drink slightly bitter With add-on for a matcha cake, it tastes really good The portion for a couple to share is perfectly fine. Good place to chill and dating for sure.
