V Cuisine — Restaurant in Yuen Long District

Went here for dinner this evening. This sign at the entrance said business hours was until 22.30hrs. We were seated at around 20.40hrs and ordered food. The waitress who got our order said that the kitchen will close at 21.45hrs, so we thought there was still plenty of time left for our dinner. Unfortunately, during our dinner the personnel kept walking around our table, asking time and time again if they can scoop up the last bit of soup for us, even though we were still eating the ordered food. One of us was still eating visibly, but they still cleaned up the table. Eventually, we felt rushed out of the restaurant even though it was before 22.00hrs. We were the last guests, and after we left, they closed the shutter, and soon after a part of the personnel, who has walked around our table continuously that evening, left the establishment.

I have never experienced anything this bad in my whole life, being rushed out of the restaurant even if the sign at the entrance said business hours was until 22.30hrs. This shows clearly how unprofessional and inhospitable the personnel was, thinking of themselves only to get off work as soon as possible.

One piece of advice to the owner of this restaurant, if I may. Especially in such times, when restaurant business is on a low in Hong Kong, service is everything to keep a business going. And it was just this service that was horribly lacking.
