You can tell the Chef has heart from the flavour in the food. There is even a dry age steak humidor in the back . The cooking material is proper. The taste is unique.

2 star is because of the service . we had a huge huge tomahawk steak which was very very raw inside. It was so bloody, more then Half the guest could not eat it.

We had asked politely for the steak to be sealed again .The girl server just turned us down. (Didn’t even go into the kitchen)The entire steak had gone to waste.

Wish the service is as good as the creations of the chef ....

First time here Very good quality. Atmosphere was great. It’s not located in fancy business CBD district but provided dishes which is way better than those. It’s in a far neighborhood where not many people will notice or even come But it worth come and try The quality of food is amazing They detailed tell u each dishes ingredient and where it comes from and how its cook Presentation is great. Taste is exceptional Services was great too

It’s my second time to eat at JaseLab Cookery and they kept their high standard. I definitely recommend this place for celebrations or any date night for couple or family. The Chef Jason and host Karen are super nice and friendly. They are very detail oriented and customise servoce to the best. It the perfect place for steaks lovers and anyone who is looking for quality western food with their own twist and passion. Plz Plz support our local business and show love to HongKonger.
