成日都聽朋友介紹呢間小店cafe 話食物質素好唔錯 所以決定今日放工去試試佢

呢間餐廳係小巷入面 平時唔行入黎真係未必察覺到 門口大大棵植物 感覺好田園 好舒服既感覺 餐廳環境雖然唔大 但坐落好舒服 一啲都唔逼 可能餐廳顏色主調都比較柔和 再加埋餐廳播既音樂 坐落就有一種好舒適 好放鬆既感覺 尤其放工做完野之後過黎 特別感受深啲🤣

雖然話就話小店 但呢到既食物選擇一啲都唔少 扒類 海鮮類 意粉 沙律 甜品 乜都有啲 仲見到主食有得揀配刈包 非常多花款 今次我就嗌左一個牛扒同一個意大利飯 試試佢先

🐮 美國黑安格斯西冷 今次呢個西冷牛扒嗌左五成熟 一上枱 係見到牛扒煎到微微既脹卜卜 生熟度煎得岩岩好 切開見到好靚既粉紅色 咬落去就知道 啲肉汁鎖哂係扒既入面 每啖都會有好豐富既肉汁 配菜仲會有薯仔 蕃茄仔 翠肉瓜 唔好以為配菜真係配菜 呢幾樣都好味道 每樣配菜都熱辣辣 食得出食材好新鮮

🥑 牛油果帶子意大利飯 本身有啲怕牛油果配意大利飯會好漏 但又估佢唔到 食落一啲漏既感覺都冇 呢到既意大利飯偏向乾身小小 意大利飯個醬汁亦唔會煮得太杰撻撻 牛油果既生熟度岩岩好 切成一粒粒 保留到有啲咬口 帶子有輕輕煎過 表面仲煎到有微脆微脆 完全唔會煎到鞋口 煎得岩岩好 成件事食落出奇地輕盈 食到飽哂都完全唔覺得滯

🌽 是日餐湯（巴馬火腿粟米湯） 本身見到外表係簡簡單單淡黃色既粟米湯 以為冇咩特別 但原來巴馬火腿既出現係別有用心 粟米湯配搭埋巴馬火腿 係出奇地好味道 巴馬火腿整到脆卜卜 令成件事多左一種鹹香鹹香既味道 口感方面亦多左一個層次 去到最後 係會追住啲巴馬火腿係咁食 然後飲下飲下 就唔覺意飲哂成碗湯🤣

🧉 髒髒咖啡 難得見到餐廳Dirty 當然要試試佢 一上枱 見到好靚 好明顯既分層 第一啖飲落去感受到冷熱既交集 咖啡好香 偏向nutty 一啲都唔會酸

🍹凍果茶 呢到既果茶 絕對唔可以同平時飲既相提並論 本身唔太飲得甜既我 覺得呢到既果茶甜度岩岩好 第一啖入口 除左飲到淡淡既果香味 同 茶葉香味 仲會飲到茶葉本身輕輕既茶澀味 飲落去係出奇地既解渴 如果喜歡飲果茶既你 黎到呢到一定要試試佢

呢間小巷cafe好有驚喜 估唔到食物質素咁高 睇得出餐廳好比心機製作每一份食物 除左食物 環境裝飾上 睇得出老闆都比左好多心機 已經諗緊幾時再去食多次 值得支持既小店😋
