by phone for 3 people Upon for seating at 5:49pm, we were asked to wait. We got the call around in 10 minutes for the seat . The reception (敏晴）assigned a share table for us. The table was small for three people. We requested waited for the next table . Moreover the table was so small . It was a round table and split to two parties, are you it would be fit for 2 by 2.

敏晴told us if we did not take the assigned one, we need to wait till 7:30pm. The time gap is 1 and a half hours.

However, there were plenty of people already dining ( some are halfway through. It would be reasonable for someone would finish their dinner in between 6:00pm to 7:30pm( as your shop was dining in a fix time period). But she told us there would be no table before 7:30pm. The reply was ridiculous.

Although some others staff came out, they just stood there and did nothing . We loved to have hot pot at your shop due to the quality and the services prior to this experience. We are very disappointed on the arrangement. Please act promptly to follow up the case and reply to us for your action to rectify...

Clean environment with good services. Lunch buffet at $68 & $78 up included 150g meat, plus 10% service charge. You can enjoy your foods for 60 minutes. Various choice of soups, e.g. Sichuan Chilli, Taiwan pineapple chicken, healthy hot pot, coconut chicken & others. All you can eat includes Taiwanese meat ball, fish ball, mushroom meat ball, cheese sausage, ice Tofu, fried Tofu, many kind of mushrooms, vegetables, noodles. Many selection on seasonings counter. You can mixing your personal taste. Big refrigerator provides many kind of drinks from Taiwan, bottle of tea are under their own brand....

I love hot pot places and a very frequent hot pot diner. The beef in this place is probably the best I have had in HK. The wagyu and the Angus both are served in excellent cuts very thin which melt in your mouth. The soups are ordinary for me though it's a great selection. Green veggies selection is less compared to other hot pot places. The sauces selection is good and great...
