I would like to share my mom's recent experience at Pho Le, a restaurant she frequents at least twice a week. Unfortunately, her visit yesterday was far from enjoyable due to the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant.
Despite the hot weather of over 30 degrees Celsius in Hong Kong, the restaurant was unusually warm, causing my mom to sweat profusely while eating her hot bowl of pho. Upon leaving, she asked the waitress if the air conditioning in the mall was not working, and the staff informed her that it was just the restaurant's air conditioning that was not functioning properly. They further disclosed that the owner was aware of the issue but was unwilling to fix it, leaving the staff to work in uncomfortable conditions.
I find it unacceptable that the owner of Pho Le is aware of the air conditioning issue but chooses not to address it, putting both customers and staff in an inhumane situation. It's particularly concerning that the staff is being forced to work under such conditions, and it's not fair to them or customers to have to endure such discomfort.
As a frequent customer of Pho Le, I believe that the restaurant has a responsibility to provide a comfortable and safe environment for both staff and customers. Failing that, I do not recommend dining at Pho Le until the air conditioning issue is resolved. It's not worth enduring discomfort or supporting inhumane treatment of staff...

It wasn't very authentic Vietnamese food, and there was no lime on the side. I also tried the coconut coffee, which is a signature drink in Vietnam. The one here was fine, but it had choco crisps on top instead of shredded coconut. It didn't look much like the picture on the menu. Overall, it wasn't great, but...
