Crepes & Waffles Arboleda — Restaurant in AMCO, Area Metropolitana Centro Occidente

Crepés & Waffles location on the street level of the Parque Arboleda Mall makes it an excellent combination of mall convenience and street cafe atmosphere.

They have a lot more on the menu than crepésand waffles, ranging from soups, salads, brunches (on the weekends), breakfasts (Monday through Friday), Vegan options, and more. There really is something for everyone.

There's a large, wide open outdoor seating area, which I highly recommend enjoying if the weather is good. The road noise exists, but it isn't too bad, and the mix of outside air and people watching makes it a lot of fun.

Service was polite and helpful, everything was clean and classy. Food and coffee both very good. I had a Nutella banana waffle and cappuccino for desert, and enjoyed both very much.

Overall, Crepés & Waffles Arboleda is an excellent place to stop for a lunch or a coffee and desert while you're doing some shopping at the attached mall. Especially if you're looking for some vegan or vegetarian options....

Though the menús are online, you can still ask for a physical one but idont think you can touch it because of covid reasons. I got one of the seafood crepes, the Mar encocado. I never thought the combination of squid, octopus, mussels with coconut sauce and shavings all served in a crepe would be so perfect. I was happily surprised. And as for their dessert, their best one will always be the Belgian waffle that is covered in Nutella with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a chocolate slab on top. Good place that has a nice food quality, especially in regards to their sweet options and variety of ice cream flavors. The lemonades, smoothies and juices are good as well, coffees are served with a little chocolate in addition. The service at this place could be a lot quicker - the waiting time for the attention of the waiters, not the kitchen itself, is too long. Apart from that it never loses the vibe of a typical...
