Cordial saludo a todos, para analizar este sitio hay que verlo desde varios puntos de vista; primero, la localización es muy buena, queda en un sector muy bonito de la ciudad de Pereira; el local, es bonito, organizando tiene un ambiente cómodo; la atención, es buena, pero es aquí donde uno esperaría que un sitio con este legado en la ciudad la atención fuese mucho más cálida (fue mi persepcion), con respecto a la atención, a mi personalmente me parece a e si te levantan los platos sin consultarlo con el cliente da la sensación de que te están hechando, pero como les digo es mi persepcion, sin embargo no me gustan esos pequeños detalles; la comida, tienen una gran variedad y es evidente que la especialidad es la carne, pero no nos sigamos mentiras que es rico que la carne llegué en una paila chispiando donde aún se puede mantener caliente mientras la comes ( es lo que me gusta) pero una carne 3/4 en un plato que ya llega a la mesa bajo en temperatura no permite disfrutar la carne cómo se desea, hay unos platos que si los sirven de esta manera, pero igual con la paila fría, parece que se demorarán en llevarlos de la cocina a la mesa, y eso redunda en la atención, cómo todo hay que decirlo el sabor de la carne es bueno sin embargo se siente muy aliñada, no ese sabor natural de la carné y finalmente; los precios, para el tipo de servicio, la calidad que percibí de los platos me parece que es un sitio muy costoso en comparación con otros sitios de la ciudad que son más cuidadosos con los detalles en atención y el manejo de la calidad de los asados. Esa fue mi experiencia en la visita al sitio, lamentablemente no fue la mejor, pero ustedes pueden ir a probar quizá ustedes tengan mejor suerte, pude haber ido en un mal momento, pero pienso que este tipo de lugares deben ser regulares en sus servicios, yo personalmente no regresaría, pero como les dije, puede que sea un buen sitio sin ser muy...
