Kolibrí Coliving — Hotel in AMCO, Area Metropolitana Centro Occidente

This is a fantastic hostel. The location is ideal, as it's near the bus station, shopping, El Centro, La Zona Rosa, everything, and the view from the terrace is spectacular. Dan and Juliana (and all the staff) are always so pleasant and welcoming. You really can't ask for better hosts. My brother and I were looking to stop for a night or two, on our way to Bogota, but couldn't get ourselves to move on from this hostel. Great experience. Can't go wrong staying here.

UPDATE: I've now returned to this hostel 1.5 years later and it's even better than before. The owners are constantly making improvements, the view is still spectacular, the area is even safer than before, and the prices are still great (despite a heavier flow of business). 1 of my best hostel experiences! Kolibri is a mix between hostel,hotel,air bnb and a friends house! The staff is very profesional but in a relaxed approach. Location is top and quiet. The building featers great outdoor terraces and cosy indoor areas. There's 2 clean kitchens guest can use but kolibri has a nice bar with snacks aswel. Bikes for rent !
