Ayer asistí al lugar para ver el partido de Uruguay vs. Colombia. Soy un cliente frecuente y he sido leal a la marca durante años, pero lamentablemente tuve una experiencia que nunca antes había tenido. Al solicitar la cuenta, no me entregaron una factura formal, sino que el mesero me mostró una foto de la factura en su celular, lo cual genera dudas sobre la transparencia del proceso y no es una práctica adecuada. Además, al revisar los precios, noté que estaban más altos de lo habitual y, al comentarlo, el mesero me respondió que "cuando hay partido, los precios se pueden elevar". Esto, además de ser ilegal, es una práctica irresponsable hacia clientes regulares como yo. Comparé los precios con la carta y confirmé que eran superiores a los publicados. Para completar, proporcioné mis datos para recibir la factura electrónica, ya que todo me parecía irregular, y me aseguraron que llegaría en 15 minutos; sin embargo, ha pasado más de un día y aún no la he recibido. Esta situación me parece extremadamente grave, ya que claramente va en contra de las normas que regulan este tipo de negocios y podría tener consecuencias...
