Crepes & Waffles — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

I have been here 5 times and every time I have liked it.

The interior design is so cute. It has two floors, a little garage and some outdoor tables. The wall outside has some plants, inside it has a salad bar, a high wooden ceiling and nice lighting.

I have tried the pancook, chicken crepes, beef crepes, waffles, and many desserts. Its menu is delicious and varied and includes a children’s menu. It's not expensive and includes some vegetarian dishes, wines, beers and drinks.

The staff is quite professional and friendly, the whole place is very neat, there is information about every single offering in the menu, It’s pet friendly, but its parking lot is very small and on weekends we have to wait a long time to enter, once inside the restaurant the attention is fast, they receive credit cards.

A curious fact is that they only hire mothers who are heads of household.

You pay the price in time! Horrible service. I've been going to this particular Crepes for over a year now and the service is just getting from bad to worse. The waitresses are totally disorganised. On one occasion they forgot our order. On another occasion they got us the wrong order. Today we had to wait twenty minutes for them to take the order, and five minutes later someone else came to ask if we had ordered! I mean seriously, get your game right. We like the food here, the prices are right. But the service is outright pathetic. Judging by the recent reviews, it's not just me who feels this way. And I'm sure the management probably is not going to bother with a response to this review, neither will they improve. This chain restaurant is always busy but it’s understandable. Their food is delicious! The only reason I’m giving it a 4 for service is at times we ran into having to wait long periods to ask for our server after being seated. It just depends on who you get. I would say 95% of the time the service is excellent with the amount of people flowing through this location. The crepes I’ve had are the curry chicken(my favorite!) crepes, the Mexicano, pollo rosarito and one with spinach and cheese. I had waffles and Ice cream as well. The in house made ice cream is ferrero rocher, whipped cream, peaches and two sauces. My favorite drink was the frozen lime with mint. It was so refreshing. I loved everything I tasted here.
