La Monapizza Chapinero — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

The pizza was good. A large is 18 inches and from what I could see every large costs $42.900 but seems like you have to point at the one you want and buy it to get that price. I wanted 3 toppings which were ham, pepperoni, and jalapeños so they charged me $10.000 more for the ham and pepperoni plus another 10% mandatory tip which put this 18 inch pizza at almost $60.000 when if you look at my previous pizza review in the close area to this place I got a more loaded pizza and 24 inches for $31.000 and no extra surprises and yummiest. Was their pizza good? Sure but compared to the other place (see my previous reviews in the Usaquien area) I feel cheated here and the girl was very irritated and very arrogant that I wanted a custom pizza. Maybe that's why she stole...

Pizza is one of the worst and least flavorful I have had in colombia.

Ordered 3 kinds - Their monapizza was really pretty unappetizing (rubbery cheese, gross looking shrimp!) - Pepperoni was so bland, 3 cheese was also rubbery.

My boyfriend is like a garbage truck he eats ANYTHING and even he was grossed out by the pizza... couldn’t even eat more than a slice.

Too bad.. their prices are good and they deliver fast.

They really have to improve...

Ya había venido en otras ocasiones y no había tenido inconvenientes. Hoy quise venir con mi mamá ya que a ella le encanta la pizza y quería que conociera el sitio, todo iba muy bien, la comida muy buena, la atención del mesero genial pero realmente falta más orientación al detalle, la comida no pudimos terminarla por lo que pedimos que por favor nos la empacaran para llevar, nos empacaron en una caja y papel aluminio pero sin una bolsa para que fuera más cómodo, le pedimos al mesero si era posible y nos indicó que no podían dar bolsa, le dijimos que nos cobrara algo, pero tampoco, fui a hablar con el encargado y tenía bastantes bolsas plásticas allí pero no quiso ayudarnos que porque sus jefes no le dejaban hacer ello, cuando incluso en los supermercados si no te pueden dar bolsas, te cobran algo por ellas, le pregunté si podía hablar con su superior y de forma pedante indicó que el era el encargado y que no nos podía ayudar.

Nos fuimos a otra parte a merendar y sin problemas nos colaboraron para que pudiéramos llevar cómodamente lo que teníamos en las manos.

La mona pizza genial pero la falta de atención a sus clientes y apoyo sobre todo por parte del encargado de la sede Chapinero, terrible, esto fue hoy 5 de enero...
