BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING FOREIGNERS
As a small business owner I typically refrain from leaving bad reviews as I know a one off bad experience usually does not define the character of a business. However I have never felt more disrespected by an establishment in my life, and want to make sure that guests who are reading the reviews and considering this place in spite of the bad reviews understands that the bad reviews are the true reflection of the quality of this place and how it is managed.
This place is trying too hard to resemble an overly boogie restaurant in Miami where they show favoritism to fake ballers and individuals who will boost their instagram following just because they have a nice rooftop space. I live in Los Angeles and have tried just about every omakase experience in the city. I am also successful in my career and money is not an issue for great experiences, but there was no justification for any of the pricing of anything on the menu as it was all average tasting while costing 2-3x above average.
We asked the waiter if we could do the tasting menu which was supposed to include sashimi and nigiri. During the meal we were brought out some of their most expensive plates while never receiving any sashimi and only 1 nigiri course after specifically asking for more sushi than random hot plates. Some items were tasty and others we only ate half. To make matters worse, we ordered a bottle of Junmai Ginjo and when the bill came we were charged for one of their most expensive bottles which was more than 1.5x the total cost of food and 2x the cost of the bottle we requested, when we specifically showed the waiter and pointed at the specific bottle we wanted. The bill ended up being over 700k cop for 2 people and by far the most expensive meal I have had in Bogota while being my least favorite.
This of course left a poor taste in our mouths and ruined our experience. To make the situation worse the waiter pretended like he had no idea and offered a fake apology but no compensation or adjustment for his mistake. When we requested to speak to a manager no one was available although the restaurant was half empty. We will do everything in our power to ensure other guests will not have to endure the same level of blatant disrespect and overcharging this establishment is clearly in the business for. Places like this need to have an example set and understand that doing bad business should not be accepted or rewarded.
As other reviewers have mentioned the view is cool, but the service continually declines throughout the course of the meal as the restaurant gets crowded and favoritism is shown to the flashy crowd. As a guest at the hotel below I was extremely disappointed in the quality of this establishment, as the hotel is very nice and brand new which goes above and beyond for their service. I will make sure the hotel knows to distance themselves from this place and not to recommend it to guests as it could have a negative effect on their business.

Despite having domestic water options, the restaurant insisted on serving only Aqua Panna, which felt unnecessary and forced.
I started with the tuna nigiri, which was a letdown. The tuna was completely bland and lacked any depth of flavor — it tasted like nothing.
For my main, I ordered the Korean ribs, which had none of the bold, savory flavors you'd expect from a Korean dish. Instead, it was closer to standard BBQ ribs with was covered in sauce. On a positive note, the potatoes served on the side were well-cooked and enjoyable.
The lomo saltado was the most decent dish of the night — flavorful and cooked well — but even that was undermined by a side of undercooked rice.
To top it all off, the bathrooms were dirty — poorly maintained and not what you’d expect from a place charging premium prices.
Given the cost, I can’t recommend this restaurant. It’s a textbook example of an “Instagram spot” — heavy on aesthetics and presentation, but lacking in food quality and cleanliness. You're paying for the view, not the meal.

When we arrived, they refused to seat us at any of the multiple open window tables, claiming that they were only for groups of five. However, the restaurant was mostly empty, and plenty of other tables weren’t at capacity with only 3 or 4 people. I watched as other groups of less than 5 were seated at the window. Eventually they moved us to a window table, but by then they’d already made a bad impression and made us feel unwelcome.
They asked if we had any allergies so that they could customize the chef’s tasting menu. Well, they brought out a dish (shrimp and rice) with the allergen anyway. When we mentioned it, they simply replaced it with a bowl of rice, which seemed rather cheap considering the promise of “customizing” the tasting menu.
For a restaurant that sets such high expectations, they failed to meet...
