BEWARE: Made a reservation early in the day. Arrived and told it was a ONE HOUR WAIT even with a reservation. We saw at least 10 people go through without issue while we waited, oh, and get this, there was NO LINE. It was just us. Pretty ridiculous to have a reservation and be turned away or told to wait for an hour. Poor business practice, don’t even care to know what it’s like anymore. We went next door which has several food options from several different restaurants, good drinks, etc. a much better option if you don’t want to be turned away with a reservation. Monaco is a new bar but obviously has a lot to learn.

Great find but I need to try this place again for a fair review. We came for drinks and music late night. Drinks, music and ambiance were all good Very good views of the Bogota.The only thing that i didn't like was that there were too many chairs and tables thus not giving any space to dance.

Bello lugar. Ideal para reuniones de negocios en las tardes. Una vista muy interesante de Bogotá. Sin embargo muy congestionado el acceso al lugar ya que en el edificio está un centro de llamadas muy grande y los ascensores no dan abasto para la cantidad de trabajadores. Si va por motivos de negocios a una charla o similares es mejor que llegue un poco más temprano por qué el registro en la entrada es muy demorado y la fila es larga. No puedo opinar del lugar como sitio de rumba ya que asistí a una charla de negocios. Honestamente interesante. El aforo no podría establecerlo con certeza, aunque tal vez los asistentes del evento privado se podrían contabilizar en 50 personas cómodamente ubicados.

I came here at about midnight with a companion and had a few drinks.

The overall atmosphere of the place was dark and tranquile, and it felt like a place where you’d come to just have a few drinks and talk, without much dancing.

The place was so calm that it actually felt boring to me and left in about 1/2 hr.

The drinks are premium price of course. But service was quick and overall excellent.

The DJ had good songs but hardly anyone was dancing, at least on the Wednesday 1200am when we went there. Maybe bad day to go?

I’d recommend this place only for someone who wants to be in a calm rooftop bar lounge environment to talk to someone w/ good music but not much...

Honestly, the only thing nice about the place is the decor and the view. The service was bad and the drinks we ordered, not only did they take a long time to arrive, but they were probably the worst cocktails I've had in the city.
