4.3. Excellent service, well-trained staff, and the restaurant is immaculate.

The gratis plaintain appetizer and medula fries were delicious. The small burger was ok. Food took approximately 25 minutes to arrive (no problem, I'm patient), but the meat pattie was cold 🧊. Not sure if this is the reason it didn't taste super. I had LaGloriosa's burger the next day, and their pattie is superior. Maybe LaGloriosa uses a leaner or higher quality meat, or maybe it's the way it's char-grilled. Not sure, but it was better.

Something exceptional that stood out to me beyond the staff's courtesy was when a female worker cleaned the table in front of me. She glanced at me before lightly spraying the table, as if to ensure she didn't over spray and risk contaminating my food and beverage. 10* for her situational...

The best burgers in Bucaramanga hands down! Service is good and could be better for such a popular place. This is their main location, they have a few others, but this is their biggest one. What's great is the quality of the burgers are the same in all locations. The only downside to this place is the parking, it's in the street.
