After perusing the menu, I opted for the PanCook Beef Stroganoff. Unfortunately, the menu does not list ingredients for many dishes, including this one. To my dismay, the dish arrived with mushrooms, an ingredient that I cannot tolerate and causes me to vomit.

I attempted to return the dish, but was met with resistance. The staff insisted that I should have known the dish contained mushrooms, assuming common knowledge about stroganoff. When I requested to speak with the manager, her response was equally unhelpful. She not only refused to take the dish back but suggested I take it home instead, claiming the restaurant policy did not allow for returns. She went on to assert that all stroganoff includes mushrooms, which, in my experience, is not universally true. This was the first time I'd encountered mushrooms in this dish.

The situation escalated as the manager became increasingly defensive, retrieving the plate in a hostile manner without any apology or offer of an alternative solution. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. My spouse had to return to the counter to place a new order, further extending our unpleasant experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was dreadful. Took my dad here for his birthday lunch before noon. Lunch rush usually spans from 12:30 - 1pm, so go later if you can. We ordered two salads that took 40mins, which was fine since they were busy, but then it took us almost another 40 mins just to get a server's attention so we could order desert. The place had emptied out by then so there was no real reason for it.

We asked several of them and they ignored us completely or nodded and then never came back. Eventually got up to bring a server to our table, ordered and then waited another 30+ mins for the ice creams. Then struggled to get their attention to get the bill! Got up to leave and 100% could've walked out without paying since they were all bunched around a counter chatting. (We did go up to pay. They had the nerve to ask for tip.)

Avoid this location. Kitchen is decent but the servers are unbelievably uninterested in...

Well this is one of my favorite places in Colombia. I tried it in many cities and even the one in Panama. Very good and tasty food. Many choices for crepes and my favorite is the pan cub. This one coming with chicken and mushrooms inside plus mozzarella cheese. And mushrooms sauce. They also have the pan cub with garlic shrimp and mozzarella cheese. Also they have a huge ice cream variety with even toy designs like mickey.. Kids will love this place. This restaurant is not just for one day because the menu is huge. You have to come many times and try all their different plates. Price is really cheap. Good customer service and everyone there is very friendly. Also natural juices with real fruit. They make fresh.
