I really wanted to like this place – the decor is stunning, and the mariachis were fantastic. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Everything is outrageously overpriced for what you get, and the quality is nowhere near acceptable. The tacos we ordered were tiny, bland, and had nothing in common with authentic Mexican flavors. It felt like someone’s weak attempt at a taco, but with a premium price tag.

We also ordered a pork dish that was described as "succulent," but what arrived at the table was the opposite – dry, overcooked, and completely tasteless. It came with a side salad that had rotten lettuce leaves. When we politely pointed it out, the chef actually came out to argue that it wasn’t rotten. As if we don’t know what spoiled lettuce looks like? I even mentioned that my wife is pregnant, and eating spoiled food could be dangerous for her – but they didn’t seem to care at all.

To top it off, the salsas – which are always complimentary with tacos in Mexico – were charged at an extra 10,000 pesos. Yes, you read that right. Paying extra for something that’s supposed to be part of the experience felt like a joke.

After paying over 350,000 pesos for this disappointing experience, we had to stop by McDonald’s to actually satisfy our hunger.

Save yourself the trouble. Enjoy the music from outside and spend your money...

If you are looking for a good dinner this is definitely not the place , we ordered guacamole with chicharrón and pulpo chicharrón , terrible! The guacamole is Watery, the chicharrón flavorless. Then we ordered a fish ceviche , it taste old and not good flavor , just the show they do is nice. But in my personal opinion the worst part is the manager LUIS, as my experience going around the world to multiple restaurants , when a client is not satisfied at least the manager approaches and own the situation , this guy far from that , charge the whole amount and did not even tried to do things better , I approached to him and tell him about the situation and his answered was I tried it and I think is perfect so it’s your fault ! Come on guys what kind of manger is this. Not even try to make things better Save your money and don’t go to this place , we couldn’t even breath of lack of air condition ! Worst experience in Cali !!! Maybe for just party will be nice , i did not had the chance to see the mariachis.

Not my type of place. The music was good but due to the base effect, while I ate I could feel the vibrations through my body, and caused a little bit of nausea. Also now that in Cali is raining almost daily, they better fix the leaks on the ceiling, it was present in multiple places, including the scenery, which were definitely annoying and shows the low maintenance of the building. The food was good, but definitely overpriced in comparison to other places. Also, as a recommendation, they should assign a dancing zone, as I saw multiple times during the night couples dancing beside a table interrupting the circulation of people around them, including the waitresses. Additional to this, they should fix the light that is flickering in the entrace of the woman's bathroom. I will recognize that the decorations are on top, definitely the best aspect of the place, and that the workers definitely do they best to bring a good service.
