The service here will spoil you to the point that you will be taking flights to Cali just to eat here! The food presentation is the most excellent I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing, from the dishes to the garnish, the colors will have you in absolute awe. The food itself is completely out of this world, the flavors will have your taste buds DANCING! This isn’t any regular restaurant, it’s a whole experience where you learn a lot about ancestral Colombian food and the history behind it. I had the pleasure of being served by Diego, who explained every dish, it’s tradicional background and preparation, along with some history of the neighborhood itself! I sat on the balcony where Diego kindly explained that the breeze passing through is actually Pacific Sea breeze that travels through Cali, and when it’s very windy you can feel the sea water. Absolutely amazing experience, I highly recommend Diego and his vast knowledge of history! I also recommend the ice cream for dessert, as it’s an experience in itself! It can be a little scary to try something new like that, but it is a million percent worth it! The jarrete de ternera was cooked to perfection, the meat literally would melt off the bone and I will be dreaming...

I really wanted to love this place, but it missed the mark on the food. My husband took me here for my birthday. The concept of the food and the combinations were delicious but I think they may need a better chef to execute the vision. The dishes were cold when they arrived to the table & the meat was tough. The shrimp in the appetizer was over cooked as well & the vegetables were undercooked.

However, the service was great & the staff was super friendly/attentive. The drinks were also delicious!

Asistí al restaurante el 16 de septiembre, el recibimiento fue bueno y nos sentamos en la terraza. Hicimos el pedido y a partir de ahí todo fue mal, no estaban disponibles todos los platos del menú y nadie informó antes de querer hacer el pedido o al momento de ingresar, cambiamos el pedido ajustándonos a lo que había, llegaron las bebidas el mesero las puso en la mesa y se retiró, nos toco a nosotros mismos servirlas, esperamos una hora y media y empezamos a ver cómo gente de otras mesas que llegaron después de nosotros ya se iban habiendo comido y disfrutado, preguntamos por nuestro pedido la mesera Claudia dijo que iba a averiguar, volvió a la media hora diciendo que ya estaban revisando que había pasado, esperamos 10 minutos más y pedimos cancelar el pedido y la cuenta, pasaron 15 minutos y la cuenta tampoco llegaba, dijimos a la mesera donde pagamos, nos señalo en vez de acompañarnos o guiarnos. Bajamos al segundo piso, nos cobran las dos bebidas y una vez pago dice la cajera, no les cobre el servicio, como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor al no cobrarlo cuando no debieron cobrarnos ni uno de los productos., los errores son parte de nuestro día a día y en estas fechas con mayor razón, eso lo entendemos, sin embargo Nadie se acercó a nosotros a explicarnos o a disculparse, incluso cuando pedimos la cuenta ni siquiera la mesera se alarmó por entender la molestia que nos estaban generando por lo cual pedíamos la cuenta. El lugar es bonito, su ambiente es agradable, si van a tener un restaurante de ese nivel entonces deberían asegurarse el saber manejar estos casos y no permitir que el usuario o cliente, como nosotros, se vayan decepcionados y sobre todo molestos con la forma en que...
