McDonald's Vegas — Restaurant in Envigado

This please sucks. When even you ask for a delivery the food comes either messed up, burnt, nasty, soggy, the pops without gas. I mean this franchise actually does better in other country’s than in this one. You go there and since I’m from a different culture this people have given me a really bad service. Last week I was over my grudge and went. Just to have another bad service, they have me the wrong order and I realized once I got home. So I paid for a different thing, went back and they didn’t change it. I was stolen right there. The manager played the pink eye and didn’t help me. I know by experience that people that are Colombian and are my friends they don’t get this tricky stuff played to them. I’m really mad. You can go and complain because they will give you a number, 301203…… you know the rest and they will not answer for squa. Hope you ready me and do something with that bad team...

I went to this restaurant a month ago and this place was very comfortable because this place has a good ilummination has good service the staff is very nice and patient with the clients, the staff give suggestions to the clients and this generates a good communication, in the place the shairs and tables are very clean and comfortables. The only that doesn't like me was the size of the food is very small compared with the tv announcements and the publicity that has around the city but is can rescate the make that the food is very delicious I will recommended this place is delicious and commodity...

This is a bigger restaurant that has a lot of drive through traffic due to the local mall. I had a language issue where I inadvertently agreed to extra bacon... which cost an extra 4,000 COP or 28% more on the 13,950 total. They kept asking for more money until I refused to hand more over and my repeated reference of 14,000 (said in Spanish) didn't seem to work. Another customer wound up translating for me. I still wound up with a large meal instead of the small which I had attempted to order, but that's fine. I'm just not paying 33% more than I should. Be careful...
