Management wouldn’t take a reservation for 40 because of the holiday so fine but we came early and they gave us 1 waiter (Juan Camilo I think who was ABSOLUTELY amazing and kind but clearly overwhelmed)for 40ppl. Terrible service- food took way too long, it was not distributed properly throughout the tables. Some were able to eat and others stared waiting for food. I requested more waiters to help out our 1 guy and was told no. Given that our party was clearly there to spend I expected better service,management was rude, our original waitress was rude then left to her break and didn’t notify anyone else that our group needed attention. Food is pricey and not that good. My menu of the day was very simple and instead of French fries they served crisps which is something u would not expect in Colombia.
