My partner suffered from food poisoning after eating at this restaurant on 20/5/25. We arrived very shortly after the opening time at 5:30pm, as we had been travelling all day and were very hungry. He ordered the Punta Mar y Tierra and didn’t feel right midway through, upon arriving back at the hotel he was violently ill and vomiting repeatedly. It’s since been 24 hours and he has only just started to feel better. Preventing us from going on a trip today that we had booked and paid for. I reached out to the restaurant on WhatsApp to inform them privately so they could review with the chef and ensure no one else has to suffer like this, but received a mediocre response of “good night” and then following with them saying at midnight that they will be in touch to investigate and saying it could be dengue or yellow fever. (We’re vaccinated and it takes several days for dengue fever symptoms to appear) Besides the food poisoning, I received my meal so much earlier than my partner that I had nearly finished eating before his streak arrived, and it was missing the salad which we had to ask for.
