The owner/chef was very friendly - he told us about his past, related countries he'd been in to places relevant to us, told us about the history behind the restaurant and the dishes he created.

The food was simply incredible. The "Gek burguer" is by far the best burger I've ever tasted, and it's one of the best, if not the best dish I've ever tasted. It's no surprise he's won multiple awards!

He offered us a tiramisu-inspired dessert - another invention of his. Although the portion sizes for the meals we ordered were quite big, certainly enough to fill our stomachs, some of us found space for a treat. Unsurprisingly, another delicious dish, which perfectly finished off our evening.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Filandia. We've been quite disappointed in several other restaurants around the center, but this has made up for...

My family and I stumbled upon Cocina de la Loca while wandering around Filandia, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, Jesus made us feel genuinely welcome—friendly, patient, and attentive without ever being overbearing. He set the tone for what turned out to be a memorable experience.

Then came the food, and that’s where Chef Jorge took over. His passion for what he does is clear in every dish—there’s an artistry to it that’s rare to find. You can tell he truly cares about the details and flavors. One standout was his take on tiramisu with toasted coconut—creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious. It’s a must-try.

Grateful to have found this hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and I’ll be recommending it to anyone...

Totally happy to have discovered this restaurant that offers you excellent options of rices, pastas, different types of meats and fishes and a delicious delicious options of vegetarian options.

If you are a gastronomical passionate this will be an excellent options as you can see also how they do your dish in an open kitchen with all the products of the same day. All the elements of your dish will be shining of all the fresh.
