Mythos Hotel y Café — Hotel in Quindío

Mythos Hostel in Finlandia is located on the street where all the action is - so traffic, and people can be heard. It is an adorable hostel though with a friendly receptionist. My room was very small, fitting a full size bed. The private bathroom was also tiny, the front of toilet being very close the the wall. Overnight staff/security played videos for much of the night, the noise of which woke me up several times. They should have been using ear buds because I could hear everything from the room. All that being said it still is a good value, very clean, and location is near everything you want...

Mythos is probably the best and one of the most picturesque option in town. The place has been renovated in a tasteful way without losing the traditional coffee region feel. The rooms, bathrooms and areas were kept really clean and comfy. Breakfast was awesome and a welcome inclusion of pancakes and fresh fruit platters were included some days.The owners are a really caring couple whom go out of their way to make the stay a enjoyable time.Best thing is to sit on the balconies and watch the locals while sipping...

Desde el primer día tuvimos que aguantar el ruido de la recepción y de las otras habitaciones, el hotel cerraba a cierta hora y el timbre despertaba a todo el mundo si alguien quería entrar a la madrugada.

Las habitaciones son mucho mas pequeñas de lo que esperábamos, incluso en el baño el espacio entre el inodoro y la pared era supremamente incómodo.

Relación precio calidad 0. El desayuno no está incluido y no realizan limpieza diaria a las habitaciones a menos que uno lo solicite (pero nunca dan esta información al ingresar) no es un lugar cómodo para descansar.

Lo peor de nuestra estadía fue cuando apareció una cucaracha en nuestra habitación y la respuesta de las personas de la recepción al pedir el dinero de la noche que nos quedaba fue: “En Colombia hay animales, este es un edificio antiguo y quizá es por eso, si quieren llamen a sanidad” casi que a gritos nos estaban diciendo que aún con cucarachas nos teníamos que quedar ahí, cuando reclamamos porque llevábamos 2 días y no le habían hecho aseo a nuestra habitación nos atacaron diciendo que era nuestra culpa por no solicitarlo.

La actitud del personal fue totalmente grosero, tienen a cargo a personas que no tienen ni idea de manejar un establecimiento de hoteleria.
