We hiked down one of the paths from Salento to here and had a small lunch. Thy were out of the cake (and most postres) which I ordered based on the menu, but my girlfriend had a coke and I had an espresso. The espresso was very bitter, and disappointing for “the coffee region”. Recollecting this espresso, now, it has a strong plant/dirt like bitterness unlike any other espresso I’ve had. 18000 pesos le paquet de biscuits "artisanaux" élaborés avec des additifs (E211, E471), conservateurs et autre colorants artificiels.... je me suis complèrement fait avoir par l'aspect naturel du paquet et le sourire de la vendeuse.
