Went for my daughters birthday. There were 3 of us and only a table with 2 other people. My family got their meals but I got nothing. Waited and when the others were almost done we asked and they forgot about me. Not happy. No one apologized to me. They have combos on the menu with 6 wings and fries but after 3pm you have to order 10 which is way too many if you want fries too. We didnt like the wings. They were honey garlic. There was way too much batter and the dark meat inside was really wet. Since I had no food and my husband refused to eat his wings I had some. The first 2 didnt taste like garlic at all. Fui a comer al lugar de City Mall y se puede decir que fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido, mejor dicho la peor, desde que llegamos la atención al cliente era pésima, duraron 10 minutos para tomarnos la orden y tras de todo la tomaron mal porque nos preguntaron 2 veces más que habíamos pedido, duraron una hora y diez minutos en traernos la comida, preguntamos como 3 veces y siempre nos decían que ya casi estaba el pedido, unas personas que estaban en otra mesa se retiraron del lugar porque decían que tenían más de una hora y media esperando. Nosotros decimos esperar y fue la peor decisión de todas, el pollo estaba crudo nos llevaron las bebidas que no eran, les fui a decir que el pollo estaba crudo y lo probaron y me dieron la razón lo único que hicieron fue hacer un descuento del 20% y un cupón de 10% el cual les devolví porque nunca más volveré a ese lugar a comer.
