It is a Super cute spot, with friendly staff that were eager to help serve me the beautifully displayed bakes goods. But little did I know I was on an episode of “Is it cement?”

This was not a pastry. This was a weapon. A two-pound gluten grenade that thudded onto my plate with the grace of a brick. Flaky? No. But if you’ve ever wondered what it would feel like to chew through a mattress wrapped in laminated sadness, this is your item. I lifted it and nearly dislocated my shoulder. I bit into it and time stopped. My taste buds threw a tiny white flag and said, “You’re on your own, pal.”

We search for gluten free bakeries around the world. This is all gluten free and the best we've seen in 20 years of traveling. The kicker is a superb cafe menu. Our tuna sandwich order with papas fritas was not tuna salad with fries, but a cubed tuna steak on an open faced toasted multigrain bread with goat cheese, grilled spinach, and avocado, plus roasted new potatoes. My Luis XV salad with grilled cherry tomatoes and burrata did not disappoint, but glad my wife and I shared our orders so I didn't miss out. Smoothie with the meal was a bunus. Precios muy caros. El lugar se ve descuidado y sucio, en mi última visita me dió un poco de asco. Las veces que he llegado solo hay empanadas pequeñas y panes de pizza, las tres veces, nunca hay como producto listo para surtir y es viaje perdido. El personal nicaragüense es como grosero y también manipulan la comida de manera como no la ideal, ejemplo tocan el dinero y así tocan las bolsas de comida y meten el producto...se toca los dientes y con la mano asi manipula de nuevo la bolsa. Anda como muy sucios, todo el delantal no sucio de harina sino sucio de muchas cosas revueltas...Creo que no volveré a hacer viajes ya que las veces que he intentado comprar nunca hay nada. Creo que deben gestionar los horarios y rotaciones de producto para que pues haya lo que ofrecen. Solo insistí en ir por la condición de mi madre y que quería comer de estos panes. Pero si me dio asco el local se ve sucio, descuidado y sin limpieza. Solo como que limpian las urnas el resto es un despelote... tampoco tiene los precios de manera visible. La señora solo pensaba y decía los precios lo que me pareció que se prestaba para poder inventarlos, fue la impresión que me dió..paso a eso no aceptan tarjeta..y te cobran con moneda y sin factura..? Terrible..tuve que pedirle una factura de papel a la hizo de mala gana... no me gusta el servicio al cliente y me dio asco el manejo del dinero y el producto. También sentí cierta incredulidad respecto a manejo de los materiales. Muy poco aseado. Mejor...
