Tequila Bar y Taqueria Mi Mesa — Restaurant in Jacó

Almost nothing at all for vegetarians on the menu. We modified some meals to make them vegetarian, but really, in a surf and yoga town, you should have at least one choice of main dishes. We were one of 2 tables and they still managed to not get our order exactly right. No sour cream came with the Nachos even though the menu said it did. We asked for jalapeños added, no problem she said, but none were added and instead they added broccoli, zucchini and cauliflower, which were good, but not jalapeños. Meals were just kinda bland, which is typical in the land of no flavor to your food.

This place opened up about a week ago. They are still getting used to the menu as well. We had several variations of tacos, enchiladas and multiple cocktails. The food was good, but not outstanding. The service was wonderful! The drinks were absolutely amazing!! They have a large selection of tequila and mixed drinks. Although not super educated in the types of tequila they have, they showed us what they had and we were able to pick a few sippable shots. Excellent!
