Our dining experience at Casa Paniagua was absolutely unforgettable! Recommended by Mil Besos, who planned our destination wedding, it was the perfect setting for a private, intimate dinner after our elopement. The property is stunning—we took beautiful wedding photos in the vibrant garden, beneath the ivy-covered entrance, and at our elegantly set table looking out an incredible view. After our garden tour, we were treated to an exquisite five-course meal, a delightful appetizer, and a strawberry-filled vanilla cake. When the owner learned of my love for a particular flower, she thoughtfully included it as decoration on our cake—such a sweet and personal touch! Chef Arturo and Jillian made my wedding absolutely amazing! I started working with Jillian last year for my wedding. I live in Tampa FL and could not get down to La Fortuna before the actual wedding week but Jillian was amazing to work with in crafting a personalized menu and a color theme along with wedding cake and cocktails. This exceeded all of my dreams for this day. The tables were beautiful the cocktail hour snacks were outstanding (the green hearts of palm salad I couldn't get enough of!) Dinner was spectacular and when your guests are raving about the food at a wedding you've made the right decision.
