Masala Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Liberia

Hands down the Best food me and my partner have had since we've been in Costa Rica! We are Vegans, but had plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from! The atmosphere is amazing, with a Very Friendly and welcoming staff! Our waiter was very attentive, Beyond friendly as she made sure we had everything we needed, waters filled consistently, checked on us to make sure everything was good, and along with the gentleman working the counter who was Beyond friendly also! Not to mention the chef even came out to greet us and made sure everything on point! We ordered a Veggie Curry dish, along with a vegetable dish, Somosa's and Garlic Naan, with a Mango and a strawberry Margarita and absolutely "Loved" every bite and sip of it all!! We Recommend to anyone who Loves Indian food/culture as much as we do to check this place out! It's a Must to eat!!! At the end of our meal we were happily waved out by the chef and staff and the waiter held the door for us as she greeted us out! Love love love it all! We will be back next visit...

We have tried to order dinner for delivery at new location in Samara, we had a phone call confirming possibility of delivery and we placed the order via messages at 3 pm to be delivered at 630 pm. everything was confirmed after we sent our location. We havent received any message right before the delivery time so we randomly asked 3mins before scheduled delivery how is our order looking. they just canceled our order while we were asking about it, reason: noone to deliver. we have placed the order almost 4 hours before and we didnt got any update that they cant deliver. plenty of time to let us know. Their reply wasnt profesional at all or neither offering solution, just “sorry for consfusion”. We expected that the mistake from their side will be solved anyhow differently than whishing us a “good day” We ended up without dinner. Not the best treating of potential...

The most authentic Indian restaurant experience I've had in Costa Rica. Finding the location was easy and parking was a bit more challenging, despite a few free spots in the attached lot.

We were quickly seated and served by some polite women. We appreciate they tolerated our poor Spanish skills. The decor was interesting, the restaurant clean and the tables well appointed, including cloth servilletas.

The food arrived quickly and the flavors were excellent. I had hoped for some goat curry but the did have lamb and a good selection of naan.

I don't believe you can do much better than Masala in Costa Rica. If you want better, you will probably have to travel to...
