Rosi's is one of the best sodas (traditional Costa Rican restaurants) we've come across. After a week we've tried pretty much every Casado and breakfast option.
Breakfast: The gallos pintos are tasty, the huevos rancheros are wonderful, the banana pancakes are crisp and fluffy. For add ons, their bacon is crisp and the sweet plantain is perfect.
Lunch: all of their Casados are tasty. The fish is fresh, the Pollo en salsa and Carne en salsa have a wonderful flavor.
On top of that the smoothies are refreshing and everything is very reasonably priced.

You cannot beat the value for money, especially in Nosara area. The portions are generous, the flavors are potent, and the textures are what you would want.
We ordered a fish and a steak casado along with a couple batidos - one banana and the other was banana and passion fruit.
I’d recommend it to anyone passing through Nosara, it seems to be one of the only sodas in the Guiones area - it’s tasty and a great way to support local and taste the pura vida cuisine...

Both Rosi's locations in Guiones (the other location is near the Guilded Iguana) had consistently the best breakfast and lunch I had in the Playa Guiones area during a long stay. Heavily recommended by the shuttle driver I had from Liberia to Nosara on my way into town.
